At Orchid Homez, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture that meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return and exchange policy below.

1. Exchanges Only

We currently offer exchanges for products of equal or higher value. No refunds will be issued. Exchanges must be requested within 1 day of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Items

Items eligible for exchange must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Damaged, used, or altered items will not qualify for exchange.

3. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs

If you wish to exchange a product, you are responsible for all transportation costs associated with the return and delivery of the new item. This includes:

  • Shipping costs for returning the item to us.
  • Shipping costs for delivering the exchanged item back to you.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

Custom-made, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

7. Cancellation Policy


At Orchid Homez, we strive to offer flexibility while also covering transaction and processing costs.


1. Cancellation Timeframe
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched/production begins, whichever is earlier.


Orders cannot be cancelled once:

The product has been shipped, or

Manufacturing/customization has started, or

The order is marked as “In Process” for made-to-order or custom items.


2. Cancellation Charges


If an order is cancelled within the eligible 24-hour window, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
The cancellation fee will be:


₹500 OR 2.5% of the total order value (whichever is higher) + applicable GST
This amount is non-refundable as it is charged by the payment service provider.


3. Refund Amount


The refund will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation fee from the total amount paid.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Discount Vouchers, Coupons & Offers


If a discount voucher or coupon was applied to your order:


Refunds will be based on the final amount paid after discount.


The discount value is apportioned per item based on item value.


Discount vouchers are single-use and will not be re-issued, refunded, or reused, even if an item or order is cancelled.


5. Product-Specific Cancellation Terms


Certain products such as custom-made furniture, made-to-order items, bulk orders, or specially sourced products may not be eligible for cancellation.
